Overview: Ellembee Gift is a quirky, sassy online gift boutique based in Michigan and best known for their natural, 100% cotton tea towels with humorous phrases that caters to both direct-to-consumer and wholesale customers.
The Problem
Ellembee Gift wanted to work with Kimberlee for monthly email campaign planning and developing during BFCM/Holiday 2024 to reengage their customers and boost sales.
They were running inconsistent email campaigns prior to our partnership, but knew BFCM was the time to capitalize on their email marketing to engage their audience for maximum results. Given our prior relationship, founder Lisa tapped us on the shoulder to support them through the busiest season of the year.
The company was also running campaigns that weren’t engaging nor relationship focused with clear CTAs. Their previous designs didn’t showcased their unique offerings in a format that was interesting to scroll through and easy to digest.

Kimberlee developed a clear email marketing plan that focused on goals and key events, and a simple BFCM strategy to maximize sales without overwhelming their audience.
Our goal was to develop consistent email marketing to keep their brand top of mind and start to see consistent sales month over month. We incorporated their brand identity into digestible emails that engaged their audience and piqued their interest.
